Yes, I get it... why does a 'renovator' promote old? Well, some old is gold, maybe not all.
Our latest client, a young couple purchased a dated, 1960-s bungalow that was destined to be demolished and probably replaced by multi family dwellings. However, the huge yard, mature trees and the good bones the dwelling had could not be overlooked and they saw the potential from day one. We feel privileged to have been part of creating their new home and helping them keep the best of old and add the upgrades as necessary for the latest in comfort.
